A Safer Nevada

A Safer Nevada is a social welfare organization/advocacy group seeking to educate the public, particularly the state of Nevada, on the importance of sex work.

We advocate for both legalization (brothels) and decriminalization (treating sex work like a regular occupation).

 

Our EIN is 88-1043948 and we are claiming 501(C)(4) tax-exempt status.

​

We also run a side PAC (political action committee) that specifically seeks to change legislation. Per tax laws, 501(C)(4)s can give less than 50 percent of their donations to PACs to influence legislation. Check out our PAC
